General Labor, Bakery - 3rd Shift

Aspire Bakeries is seeking a General Labor Production team member to join their team at their Swedesboro bakery. The role involves supporting the final shaping, slicing, and handling of bakery products to ensure they meet quality specifications, while maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient production environment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to perform basic math including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
• Problem-solving and reasoning skills within a fast-paced production environment
• Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly in English
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately
