We are seeking an Electrical Controls Tech to join our team at our Swedesboro bakery. As an Electrical Controls Tech, you will be accountable for maintaining and improving all plant electrical and control systems while providing technical leadership, troubleshooting expertise, and support to Electro‐Mechanics across all shifts.
Requirements
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair plant control systems, including electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, mechanical, and network subsystems.
- Train, support, and coordinate Electro‐Mechanics across all shifts in troubleshooting and system maintenance.
- Maintain accurate documentation for all controls hardware, software, and system configurations.
- Support production by performing inspections, adjustments, and repairs while equipment is operating.
- Lead corrective, preventive, and scheduled maintenance activities to minimize downtime and improve system reliability.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, safety, quality, and all regulatory and company maintenance standards.
- Complete work order documentation, maintain records, and support continuous improvement in system performance and reliability.
