Care & Enrichment Technician

The ASPCA's Behavioral Rehabilitation Center (BRC) in Weaverville, NC, is seeking a Care & Enrichment Technician to provide daily care, cleaning, and enrichment for dogs in treatment. The technician will work as part of a harmonious team to provide balanced, holistic care.

Requirements

• Provide daily care and support for dogs in treatment
• Monitor and maintain the medical and behavioral health of shelter animals
• Ensure adherence to nutrition, sanitation, and infectious disease-prevention protocols
• Assist with behavior treatments and interventions
• Take inventory, restock supplies, and put away deliveries as needed
• Provide a safe and compassionate environment for animals and staff
