Job Description
Perform general building maintenance, troubleshoot maintenance problems, and assist with facility operations as a part-time Maintenance Technician at the Wilmington Convention Center.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Two or more years of relevant experience in general repair and preventative maintenance.
- Demonstrated knowledge of standard techniques in painting, plumbing, carpentry, building hardware, and electrical/lighting systems.
- Trade school coursework and/or trade certificates preferred.
- Possess a forklift certification or the ability to obtain certification within six months of employment.
