Operations Manager

Legends Global, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, has an excellent and immediate opening for an Operations Manager at NRG Park in Houston, Texas. NRG Park is a one-of-a-kind premier facility with four major venues within one giant park. We are seeking a unique Operations Manager to join our Operations team.

Requirements

• Oversee all aspects of operations including event coordination and services, rigging, housekeeping, event staffing, set-ups and changeovers, crowd and risk management, fire and life safety and ADA compliance.
• Manage subordinate supervisors who oversee employees in various functions.
• Implement and train all employees on the operating procedures, preventive maintenance schedules, emergency plans, and safety/risk management policies that conform to NRG Park standards.
• Assist in the preparation and negotiation of service agreements for event services, housekeeping services, maintenance, and other agreements as needed.
• Inspect conversions, construction, and installation progress to ensure conformance to established specifications.
• Authorize the requisition of equipment and supplies within budget guidelines.
• Act as a liaison between tenants and facility contractors as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
