Job Description
The Maintenance Helper will perform various non-technical maintenance tasks, including general repairs, painting, carpentry, and custodial work, for a new mixed-use building in Flushing, Queens. The role requires experience in general maintenance, attention to detail, and good communication skills.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in general maintenance, caretaking, mechanical, electrical and/or equipment and building repairs
- Extensive experience in painting buildings
- Bilingual (English/Spanish, English/Chinese, or English/Korean) is a plus
