Scheduling Administrator

We are inviting applications for a Scheduling Administrator to join our busy Scheduling department based in Mallow, Cork, Ireland. In this role, you will work with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders to manage timelines, allocate resources, and keep projects on track.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role
• Exceptional organisational skills with strong attention to detail
• Confident communicator, both over the phone and in writing
• Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and manage workload effectively
• Previous administrative experience in a technical role is advantageous
