Job Description
ASCO Equipment is seeking a Rental Sales Representative to build relationships with customers, meet their equipment needs, and offer additional services within the Austin, Texas Rental Department. This role requires proactive sales strategies and a dedication to exceptional customer service, aligning with continuous growth plans. The position focuses on increasing revenue and profitability through solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Proven sales ability and excellent customer relationship skills
- Ability to write and speak effectively to individuals and groups
- Strong planning, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of construction or heavy equipment preferred
- Solid computer skills and knowledge of general business software and G-suite platform
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
