Ascendis Pharma is seeking an Associate Thought Leader Liaison (TLL) for their rare disease marketing team. This role involves supporting KOL identification, developing speaker bureaus, gathering market insights, and building advocacy for brand reputation. The position reports to the Director, Market Development and requires remote work, including evenings and weekends. It's a key liaison between marketing, medical, and commercial teams.

Requirements

• Develop and manage speaker bureau recruitment, training, and engagement initiatives.
• Serve as the primary liaison for contracted speakers, supporting training, messaging refinement, and presentation effectiveness.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align on speaker content and marketing strategy.
