Ascending.ltd is a human resources company in Angola seeking Human Resources Technicians to support future projects and respond to client needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Administration, Psychology, or related areas.
- Minimum of 3 years of previous experience in a Human Resources function or similar.
- Proficiency in management and performance evaluation tools;
- Good knowledge of English spoken and written (mandatory);
- Good communication and interpersonal relationship skills;
- Analytical capacity and problem-solving;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Intermediate or advanced knowledge of Angolan LGT is required.
