Requirements
- Minimum Diploma holder
- Minimum 2 years’ experience working in a call centre, handling inbound calls and emails
- Prior experience working in a call centre environment and willingness to work on Australian working hour shifts
- Ability to multitask effectively while delivering high-quality customer experience
- Enthusiastic, resilient, adaptable and keen to work in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated and able to work with limited supervision
- Excellent communication in English
- Prior exposure to a web-driven environment – e.g. familiar with Zendesk, Notion and Slack applications
