Regional Sales Manager (Laboratory Testing)

Ascend is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive sales growth, build relationships with healthcare providers, and expand market presence in the assigned area of responsibility. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of selling laboratory testing services and the ability to work independently while achieving ambitious targets.

Requirements

• 5+ years sales experience
• Understanding and knowledge of laboratory testing
• Ability to clearly engage on benefits of Ascend's laboratory fit
• Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
• Ability to travel 30% of the time for client meetings, trade shows, industry meetings, and events
• Competent computer skills, including MS Office
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated effective negotiation skills
• Detail oriented, critical and analytical thinking skills, and problem-solving skills
