Job Description
Ascend is a high-volume clinical laboratory rapidly expanding its operations. They are seeking a motivated Material Handler to accurately label, stage, and receive items for FedEx and UPS deliveries. The role involves maintaining inventory, checking shipments, and ensuring order accuracy. The position is based on a Tuesday-Saturday shift.
Requirements
- Receive, count, stock items and record data manually or using a computer
- Pack and unpack items for shipping
- Verify inventory computations
- Mark stock items using identification tags or other labeling equipment
- Cycle count support
- Physical strength and ability to bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds
