Asbury Automotive Group is seeking a Sales Advisor to join their team at Crown Nissan Greenville. The Sales Advisor will respond to customers who inquire about vehicles online, build rapport with customers, and work with customers from start to finish throughout the buying process.
Requirements
- Contacting and communicating with customers to identify needs using the Asbury selling process
- Building rapport with customers to build a base of referrals
- Answering internet leads, sales phone calls, and setting appointments for customers
- Conducting test drives and vehicle walk arounds with customers
- Maintaining a customer relations management database
- Prior automotive sales or retail experience, customer service, call center, or business development experience a plus
