Asbury Automotive Group is seeking a Deposit Specialist to reconcile, deposit, and post accounts receivable payments for assigned dealerships. The ideal candidate will be time efficient, energetic, and detail-oriented, with a general understanding of CDK and Microsoft Outlook.
Requirements
- Reconcile daily deposits for dealerships
- Prepare weekly Loomis pickup
- Verify invoices paid on remittance advise
- Accurately post deposits to CDK
- Identify and correct balances within deposit
- Various accounting tasks as assigned by supervisor
