Job Description
ARxIUM is a leader in the development of advanced pharmacy technology and solutions. We are seeking a Payroll & Benefits Specialist to join our team in Winnipeg, MB, Canada. The successful candidate will be responsible for payroll and benefits administration, including preparing and processing bi-weekly payroll, administering and maintaining ADP Time & Labor Management, and supporting benefit administration and retirement plan administration.
Requirements
- Knowledge of Canadian and US payroll processing
- Proficiency with ADP TotalSource and Workforce Now networks
- Strong knowledge of MS Office software, particularly Excel
- Experience with all year end processing activities (T4's, W2's, WCB, HET)
- Ability to handle confidential information with a high degree of ethics and in a professional manner
- Effective attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
