Arxada is a global leader in innovative solutions that protect our world. The Maintenance Technician will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on process equipment, utilities, and facilities within a chemical manufacturing plant.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Technical certificate or associate degree in Industrial Maintenance, Mechanical Technology, or related field preferred
• 3–5 years of experience in maintenance or operations within a chemical, manufacturing, or industrial environment
• Familiarity with chemical process equipment, fluid handling systems, and mechanical seals
• Experience with CMMS systems (e.g., SAP) preferred
• Strong mechanical and basic electrical aptitude
• Ability to read P&IDs, mechanical drawings, and wiring schematics
• Knowledge of pumps, agitators, motors, valves, piping, and control systems
• Experience with pneumatic and hydraulic systems is a plus
• Basic welding, fabrication, and pipefitting skills desirable
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding work in industrial environments
• Willingness to work flexible shifts or respond to after-hours emergencies
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Commitment to safety and teamwork
• Valid driver’s license
