Job Description
Our client is looking for a dynamic and compassionate Aftercare and Community Development Manager to lead their Aftercare Centre with heart, while driving meaningful community and wellness initiatives across the farm.
Requirements
- Teaching qualification
- At least 10 years' teaching experience as well as experience in community upliftment
- Fluent in Afrikaans and English, with good communication skills
- Goal orientated, patient and enthusiastic to work with learners
- Good with crisis management
- Driver's licence with PDP (code 8), with own transport
