Account Manager / Intelligent Commerce Consultant (m/w/d)

We are looking for an Intelligent Commerce Consultant / Account Manager to combine strategic consulting with active customer responsibility, supporting customers in future-proofing their commerce, marketing, and service landscapes.

Requirements

• Several years of experience as a e-commerce consultant, IT-consultant, product owner, or business analyst
• Very good understanding of commerce processes
• Experience in requirements management and agile methods (Scrum, Kanban)
• Knowledge in at least two of the following areas: marketing automation, personalization, data and tracking concepts, commerce system landscapes
