Job Description
The Laboratory Support Technical Lead plays a crucial role in the Customer Services Division, providing leadership and guidance to the team. They assist in the direction of daily operations, coordination of workflow assignments, and monitoring productivity.
Requirements
- Assist the Supervisor in directing the daily operation of the team
- Coordinate workflow assignments and manage the case queue to optimize productivity
- Contribute to the writing and review of departmental procedures
- Assist the Supervisor in conducting performance reviews
- Provide technical and non-technical expertise within the division
- Collaborate with colleagues across departments
- Serve as a mentor and resource for team members
- Assist with special projects and initiatives
- Uphold a culture of professionalism, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Perform all duties of the Laboratory Support Technical Specialist I and II as needed
- Provide training for new employees
