Artisight, Inc. is seeking a Field Services Engineer to join our 100% travel team. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing role and is committed to ensuring the highest levels of system uptime and performance.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a technical field service, IT support, or related role within a healthcare, clinical, or hospital environment.
- Working knowledge of Ubuntu Linux, Docker, and basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls, etc.).
- Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows workstations and related peripherals.
- Hands-on experience with mechanical tools for hardware installation and repair.
- Familiarity with video streaming services and AV system basics.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively while on the road.
- Understanding of hospital workflows and environments, including exposure to clinical spaces such as inpatient units and ORs.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds of equipment.
- Valid driver’s license, ability to pass background checks and health screenings required by hospital clients, and ability to travel 100% of the time (including overnight stays).
