Clinical Data Engineer

Artisight, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Data Engineer to contribute to the development and management of clinical data integrations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and monitoring clinical data systems, designing and developing Python scripts, and troubleshooting complex issues related to EHR transport and storage.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in clinical data systems, EHR integration, or related fields
• Strong Python programming skills, with experience building data integration or automation solutions
• Hands-on experience with Mirth Connect and HL7 integration
• Professional experience in IT, clinical data engineering, or related fields, or a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar
• Practical knowledge and understanding of container technologies (Docker) and virtual computing environments
• Practical knowledge of and experience with automation and testing in a clinical setting
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively across teams
• Ensure patient data security while managing appropriate access for stakeholders
