Product Designer

Requirements

• 7–10+ years of UX/Product Design experience
• Demonstrated ability to ship complex end-to-end features in ambiguous environments
• Experience designing for B2B tools, dashboards, workflow automation, or enterprise-grade software
• Expertise in prototyping (Figma, high-fidelity flows, interactive prototypes)
• Strong system-design thinking: design systems, interaction patterns, and reusable frameworks
• Ability to lead discovery, research, and user validation end-to-end
• Experience influencing product strategy through UX insights
