Orthopedic Associate Sales Representative

The Sales Representative is responsible for achieving predetermined sales goals and quotas within their team’s assigned territory. They must establish, build and maintain customer relations through constant communications and in-person appointments, and have expert knowledge of Arthrex’s market-leading product portfolio.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3+ years of orthopedic or related experience
• Bachelor’s degree
• Demonstrated ability to relate to customers and constituents within the orthopedic/sports medicine market
• Comfortable in open operating room environments
• Knowledge of orthopedic procedures and terminology as it specifically relates to Arthrex
• Ability to learn a high level of technical information, anatomy and indications as it relates to surgery and procedures
• Prior sales experience is a plus
• Strong public speaking and communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Self-assurance and competitive drive
