Job Description
We are looking to hire dynamic and proactive individuals as Associate (Digital TLM) who will be charged with end-to-end management of production of digital resources for inclusive education.
Requirements
- Ability to troubleshoot and provide technical support for digital learning resources
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Ability to identify and understand inaccessible features of a content and address those features to make them accessible
- Data analysis and reporting skills
- Optimizing content for increased visibility through SEO, creating metadata (titles, tags, and thumbnails)
- Knowledge of digital learning platforms and tools commonly used in educational settings
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive education (preferable)
- Knowledge of MS Excel (moderate to advanced)
- Knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO) principles and best practices
