Job Description
ArtEZ University of the Arts is looking for a receptionist to work 0.5 FTE / 20 hours per week in Arnhem. The receptionist will be the first point of contact for guests, suppliers, colleagues and students and will handle tasks such as handling telephone calls, processing payments and performing light administrative tasks.
Requirements
- VMBO-level education
- Experience as a receptionist for several years
- Basic knowledge of MS Office
- Ability to handle a PC/digital telephone exchange
- Knowledge and experience with alerting a BHV organization
- Ability to speak English and German
- Residency in Arnhem or the direct surrounding area
