Job Description
Our client - a dynamic affiliate program specializing in the iGaming industry, is looking for a results-driven Affiliate Manager to strengthen its affiliate network and drive business growth.
Requirements
- Assist in managing affiliate relationships and daily communications.
- Monitor and report on affiliate performance, traffic, and conversions.
- Support senior affiliate managers in campaign setup, tracking, and optimization.
- Help maintain accurate records of deals, commissions, and KPIs.
- Learn to analyze metrics, generate reports, and provide insights.
- Act as the first point of contact for affiliate inquiries and support requests.
- Strong background on the operator side (Casino mandatory)
- Established industry network and conference exposure
- Proven experience managing Tier 1 and Tier 2 markets
- Solid understanding of CPA, Hybrid, RevShare models and traffic quality evaluation
- Experience negotiating commercial deals and optimizing affiliate performance
- Strong analytical skills (ROI, CAC, conversion rates, NGR analysis)
- Ability to manage both high-volume and high-value partners
- Experience working on both operator and affiliate side - is nice to have
- Strong Upper Intermediate level of English (written and spoken)
