We are looking for an UHD Employee to provide 1st and 2nd level support, handle incoming IT disturbances, and perform user administration and authorizations.

Requirements

• Completed IT-relevant vocational training
• First professional experience in user support
• Good practical knowledge in Windows system environment, Windows 7, MS Office, Active Directory, Outlook
• Good English language skills
