Job Description
Arrowhead Pharmaceuticals is a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company developing RNAi-based therapies for intractable diseases. They are seeking a motivated Molecular Biologist to join their discovery chemistry team, focusing on antibody engineering to support platform development and drug delivery. The role involves designing and constructing mutant phage libraries, performing antibody gene assembly, and purifying recombinant antibodies.
Requirements
- Design and construct mutant phage libraries for antibody affinity maturation or humanization.
- Perform molecular cloning, mutagenesis, antibody gene assembly, and expression vector design.
- Express and purify recombinant antibodies using bacterial and mammalian expression systems.
- Perform binding, specific and in vitro functional assays.
- Collaborate with cross-functional project teams.
