Job Description
We're looking for a Head of Production to lead the overall production strategy and release execution of Arrowheads games. You'll be accountable for how production is structured, planned and executed in the studio - ensuring teams can operate effectively and sustainably at scale, while ensuring we deliver on our commitments.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in game production
- Experience in building production systems that support sustainable development at scale
- Leadership experience in production teams
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to think structurally and strategically
