Commercial Operations Transformation Lead

We are looking for a Commercial Operations Transformation Lead to help accelerate the next phase of growth and operational excellence at Array Marketing. The ideal candidate will have experience in project management, operations leadership, or commercial transformation roles, ideally within manufacturing, engineering, or other complex, cross-functional environments.

Requirements

• Experience in project management, operations leadership, or commercial transformation roles
• Ability to lead large-scale change initiatives from strategy through execution
• Proven track record of improving efficiency, quality, and collaboration across teams
• Understanding of how systems, processes, and people intersect to create value
• Ability to map dependencies, anticipate risks, and build frameworks that enable sustainable growth
• Proficient in transformation and continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or A3 thinking
• Experience with PMO frameworks, structured problem-solving techniques, and business systems that support operational excellence
