Job Description
As a Service Assistant, you will be responsible for transporting and delivering rental vehicles, as well as maintaining and inspecting our fleet. You will also be expected to handle customer interactions and provide a positive appearance of the branch.
Requirements
- Implementation of the company philosophy in daily customer contact
- Direct and competent customer approach during vehicle handover and vehicle return
- Preparation of our high-quality rental car fleet
- Transfer trips to/from our customers
- Vehicle transports between our stations
- Detection of (new) damages with our app
- Reporting of technical defects or overdue inspections
- Close cooperation with other station colleagues
- Passing on customer complaints to superiors
- Ensuring a positive appearance of the branch, high customer satisfaction, and fulfillment of customer expectations
