Service Assistant (Minijob/ Werkstudent) in der Vermietung (m/w/d)

We are looking for a Service Assistant to take over and deliver rental vehicles, transfer vehicles between stations, and perform maintenance and inspections. The ideal candidate will have a minimum B or C1, C, CE driving license, organizational talent, time flexibility, high self-responsibility, goal orientation, reliability, and a service-oriented appearance.

Requirements

• Implementation of the company philosophy in daily customer contact
• Direct and competent customer contact at vehicle handover and vehicle return
• Preparation of our high-quality fleet of rental cars
• Transfer trips to/from our customers
• Vehicle transfers between our stations
• Determination of (new) damage with our app
• Reporting of technical defects or overdue inspections
• Close cooperation with other station employees
• Passing on customer complaints to superiors
• Ensuring a positive appearance of the branch, high customer satisfaction, and fulfillment of customer expectations
