Service Assistant (m/w/d) (Minijob)

Your tasks will include transportation and delivery of rental cars, as well as transportation of vehicles between our stations. You will also take care of the maintenance and verification of the trafficworthiness of our vehicles.

Requirements

• Implementation of the company philosophy in daily customer contact
• Direct and competent customer contact at vehicle handover and vehicle return
• Transfer rides to/from our customers, including a high-quality handover and return
• Detection of (new) damage with our app
• Close cooperation with other station staff
• Ensuring a positive appearance of the branch, high customer satisfaction, and fulfillment of customer expectations
