Auto Subrogation Specialist

ARMStrong Insurance Services is seeking a Collection Subrogation Specialist to collect outstanding balances, provide documentation, and resolve disputed invoices. The ideal candidate has 1 year of 3rd party collections and/or subrogation experience and strong communication and organizational skills.

Requirements

• 1 year of 3rd party collections and/or subrogation experience
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office, data entry, and strong computer skills
• Exercise independent judgment
• Negotiate settlements
• Strong attention to detail and goal-oriented
• Ability to deescalate adverse situations
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Dependability
• Customer Service experience is REQUIRED
