Job Description
Armand Corporation is seeking a full-time Construction Inspector to join their construction management team. This role involves overseeing the construction of various types of building projects, ensuring they meet quality standards and adhering to design requirements. It's a full-time, on-site position based in New York/New Jersey.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with inspecting construction work.
- Working knowledge of construction codes for NJ, NYC, NY.
- ICC/NICET Level 3 certification (preferred).
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to pass a TWIC, SIDA, and/or SWAC background check.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
