We are offering a 6-month internship at the heart of Haute-Normandy, on the Serquigny platform. The Arkema production center in Serquigny produces granules and powders in the form of plastic material that finds applications in sectors such as transportation, aerospace, electronics, sports, or medicine.

Requirements

• Understand the functioning of our production process
• Analyze data from the installations via our tools (PI Vision)
• Provide a critical view of the data to propose improvements, taking into account practical and economic constraints when necessary
• Adapt to the production context, helping to resolve daily priority problems
• Perform troubleshooting to resolve encountered problems
• Improve process recipes to optimize productivity and product quality
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams from manufacturing, maintenance, processes, engineering, and quality control
