Job Description
As a Facilities Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding service to internal and external members, maintaining a clean facility, and performing various cleaning tasks.
Requirements
- Maintain a courteous professional manner with all team members, vendors, and contractors.
- Communicate with vendors, branches, and the facilities team with all assigned tasks and projects.
- Utilize a personal computer to complete work assignments, check email, and access AFCU policies and procedures.
- Perform on-site branch visits at assigned locations.
- Assist with fulfilling monthly supply orders.
- Facilitate mail and shipping deliveries and distribution.
- Assure safety standards are used which comply with all company, local, City, State and Federal guidelines.
