Program Security Manager/FSO (TS/SCI with CI Poly) {S}

ARKA Group L.P. is an advanced technologies company serving the U.S. military, intelligence community, and commercial space industry. We are looking for an experienced Manager, Program Security/FSO to support our Mission Applications (MA) group and oversee the Security program and facility operations for our sites in Aurora, CO and King of Prussia, PA.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Industrial Security experience
• Minimum of current Top Secret/SCI with CI Polygraph clearance with in-scope background investigation
• CDSE FSO of Processing Facilities certification
• Industrial Security database management (Scattered Castles, DISS, NISS, etc.)
• Experience in the following areas: National Industrial Security Program (NISP), Department of Defense Special Access Programs (DoD SAP), Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) programs
• Independent self-starter, proactive and professional
• Effective oral and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills
• Experience providing technical security expertise and oversight for projects in collaboration with customers, Information Technology (IT) and other functional support departments.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong presentation skills with an ability to effectively communicate with senior leadership
