Chief EO/IR Architect {D}

ARKA Group L.P. is seeking a Chief EO/IR Architect to lead the development of optical and electronic systems for spaceborne missions. The role involves system development, technical direction, and leadership of integrated product teams. The position requires a bachelor's degree and 12+ years of relevant experience or a master's degree and 10 years of experience.

Requirements

• Evaluation and shaping of customer requirements
• Development of top-level system architecture
• Defining and executing system design trades
• Interfacing with customers throughout the product life cycle
• Leading program teams and decomposing system requirements
• Preparing and presenting material for formal design reviews and customer meetings
• Defining and leading internal IR&D projects
