
Arizona Youth Partnership (AZYP) partners with communities across Arizona to build healthy foundations for youth and strengthen families. They deliver evidence-based relationship education, after-school and youth leadership programs that target prevention of teen pregnancy, substance abuse and antisocial behavior. AZYP also offers family programs that teach practical skills for healthy marriage, parenting and economic self-sufficiency, funded by the Arizona Parents Commission. The Youth Wellness Educator will be responsible for promoting and teaching Healthy Relationship Education programs to youth and families in rural Arizona communities. The position entails outreach, recruitment, and facilitation of classes using Positive Potential, Love Notes, and One Love curricula.
