University Guidance Counsellor Lead position at an international school in Jakarta, Indonesia. The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership for the university and careers guidance programme, design guidance pathways, and lead the University Guidance Counselling team.

Requirements

• Relevant degree
• Substantial professional experience in university guidance, careers counselling, or a related leadership role
• Minimum of five years relevant experience
• Strong knowledge of international university admissions systems, particularly UK and US pathways and the IB continuum
