VP, Global Analytics & AI COE Leader

The VP, Global Analytics & AI COE Leader will define and manage the company's analytics and AI center of excellence, aligned with business objectives and in partnership with the CDAO. This role involves strategic leadership, analytics and AI solutions, analytics as a service, machine learning operations, and team and culture development.

Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive experience in analytics, data science, or AI transformation, including at least 5 years in senior or executive leadership roles.
• Proven track record of defining and delivering analytics and AI strategies that drive measurable business impact.
• Demonstrated experience building and scaling analytics and AI platforms, including analytics-as-a-service (AaaS) or customer-facing analytics products.
• Expertise in AI/ML technologies, including predictive modeling, generative AI, and advanced analytics methodologies.
• Strong understanding of ML Ops practices, including model deployment, governance, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
• Experience leading global, cross-functional teams across analytics, data science, and engineering fields.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills — able to influence C-suite partners and translate complex analytics and AI concepts into strategic insights.
• Strong familiarity with modern data and analytics stacks, cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure), and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
