Requirements

• Design and develop engaging instructor-lead and eLearning materials
• Conduct needs analysis to identify key training requirements
• Create clear, concise learning objectives
• Maintain learning management systems
• Use tools such as Camtasia, Adobe FireFly, Express, Photoshop Pro, Microsoft Office Suite
• Edit educational videos
• Create and manage user accounts in Axonify Administration
• Develop training content with department leaders and Engineering team
• Manage web environment design, deployment, and maintenance in SharePoint Administration
• Collaborate with managers and team leads to ensure successful implementation of learning materials
