Your Job

360° Recruitment: You are both Sales Consultant and Recruiter and form the interface between customers and candidates. As a Sales Consultant, you convince potential customers in the first telephone conversation with Aristo and our service. In your role as Recruiter, you find suitable candidates, present them to your customers, lead interviews via phone or video, and remain the central contact person even after the placement.

You will become an expert in your market within the Life Science sector and acquire specialized knowledge in this area independently. You maintain and expand your candidate network, establish contacts with specialists and executives, and exchange information on current developments and trends in the Life Science sector. You speak with national and international company managers on an equal footing with the goal of building long-term customer relationships.

Your Profile

You have already gained experience in sales or other areas with intense customer contact You have completed a degree, a training program with initial work experience, or a comparable qualification You are communicative and exchange ideas gladly with other people You have clear goals in mind and take responsibility You bring a lot of self-motivation and see challenges as motivation You are a team player because: 'Together everyone achieves more' You want to make a positive contribution to your work to advance the Life Science sector in the DACH region You speak negotiable German & English
