You are responsible for the further operational and strategic development of our medical technology position with a focus on sustainable staffing.
You build your own team, expand it with new talents and train them together with our internal trainers.
You set a good example with your own sales performance and contribute significantly to the sales of your team.
You are the main contact for large customers in the Life Science industry for the Medical Technology area.
You create as a 360° recruiter the interface between customers and candidates.
You develop sustainable market strategies and are responsible for all leadership tasks and planning of sustainable goals.
You have several years of experience in the recruitment of permanent employees in the medical technology area.
You have already led a team in the past and have successfully trained junior staff to build their own team.
You are looking for a job where you can prove yourself and still achieve a lot.
You have already achieved successes in personnel service and are eager to build and expand your business with us.
You bring in addition to fluent German also good English skills in word and writing.
