Job Description
Join us as we transform immunology and deliver medicines that help autoimmune patients get their lives back. We are looking for an Associate Director Lab Operations to lead a cross-functional lab team and provide operational oversight for all lab operations.
Requirements
- High-level scientific degree (Master or PhD)
- At least 10 years of experience in a biopharmaceutical lab environment
- Thorough understanding of lab safety and compliance
- Knowledge of relevant regulations
- Stakeholder management
- Problem-solving

- Effective communication in a multicultural environment
