Production Manager

We're seeking a driven and experienced Production Manager to lead operations at our newly expanded, state-of-the-art biodiesel facility in Amsterdam. The role involves ensuring the department meets its operational output targets and KPIs, while maintaining high standards of safety, environmental performance, quality and efficiency.

Requirements

• HBO+ (technical Bsc.) or equivalent experienced through acquired competencies
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the chemical or refining industry in a similar position running a full continuous production process is a must
• Experience in the production of Biofuel would be an advantage
• Situational leadership
• Flexible and stress resistant
• Production-oriented and pragmatic
• Able to work independently and systematically
• Ability to build a professional organization
• Must be able to act in case of calamities
