Job Description
We're looking for a dynamic and inquisitive Retail Executive to join our expanding team, working across our exciting brands as they scale over the coming years. This is a varied role where the Retail Executive will work at the heart of the business, managing the lifecycle of the products we sell, and supporting the Retail Lead to build and shape our product offering for the business's consumer brands.
Requirements
- Experience in e-commerce essential, preferably in horticulture, floristry or homewares
- Accuracy and good attention to detail
- Creative and strategic thinker
- Interest in products, trends, and customer behaviour
- Strong communication skills across a multi-location team
- Strong ability to be flexible, multitask and to adapt to changing priorities
- A problem solving, structured and analytical mind
- Able to interpret data and turn it into insights
- Proficiency in Microsoft or Google Workspace
- Experience in Shopify desirable
