Water/Wastewater Project Engineer

Ardurra is seeking a Water/Wastewater Project Engineer to join our staff in Raleigh, NC. Our innovative water and wastewater engineers collaborate closely with clients to plan, design, permit, and construct systems that address their needs comprehensively.

Requirements

• Develop detailed designs, plans, specifications, reports and cost estimates for treatment plants, pipelines, pump stations, tanks and other water / wastewater storage and conveyance systems.
• Perform or manage engineering/process design, hydraulics, pumping systems, and treatment process projects.
• Coordinate with multiple departments and sub-consultants required for multi-discipline projects.
• Research and utilize available resources.
• Effectively communicate, in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Gather data for engineering analyses through phone contacts, written correspondence, and research sources.
• Prepare engineering reports, opinions and recommendations.
• Maintain completed project files and proper document control.
• Prepare design drawings, technical specifications, material quantity take-offs and develop construction cost estimates for projects.
• Provide other duties as may be assigned by the Project Managers/Task Leads to support project team.
